THE FARMHOUSE AND THE APARTMENTS

The main building includes a very beautiful flat "Il Casale" with a floor area of about 100 sqm.
3 bedrooms,
1 bathroom,
a living- and dining area with a caracteristic fire-place,
a well equipped kitchen and a galery with an additional sofa bed.

Two of the bedrooms have twin beds, the third one is smaller with a single bed (child).
The flat provides comfortably accomodation for up to 6 people.
It is very nicely furnished and has also gas central heating system.

APARTMENTS IN THE FORMER FARM BUILDING

2) "Appartamento Verde"

Each one has a floor area of about 60 sqm.
Both of them have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room with kitchen corner.
The bedrooms have twin beds (or a double bed), providing accommodation for 4 people.
The maximum number may be increased to 6 by using the sofa bed in the living room.
The apartments are comfortably furnished, have a very large, covered terrace and are separated from the main building.
Both apartments are equipped with central gas heating, which makes a comfortable use possible the whole year over.

Included in the rental fees:
bedlinen and towels (weekly change) are included
as well as the consumption of electricity, water and gas and final cleaning

Terms of payment:
10% pre payment upon receipt of the booking confirmation, remainder cash upon arrival.

TRIP TIPS
away from the house are to be started very beautiful walks and radtouren. (bicycles in different sizes are present) as daily trips with a starting time of 1 to 2 hours comfortably the cities in the area Siena, Arrezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi, and in the south to Orvieto can be reached. From Chiusi there are good railway connections, which lead in 1 1/2 hours into the center of Rome and Florenz (without parking lot stress). In the closer environment there is a multiplicity of small attractions to visit, as for example the Etruskergraeber and the museum in Chiusi, or the Altarmalererei of the "Perugino" in Citta della Pieve. The Trasimener lake with its bath beaches and the Faehrverkehr on the islands, the Lago di Chiusi with its reed banks and water birds and the hot sources in the volcanic area of the Monte Amiata are always worth a trip. The whole year over cultural meetings take place: only as examples the numerous village celebrations with medieval Flair are mentioned in the summer, "Umbria jazz" in Perugia, art exhibitions or the national Trueffelmesse in Fabro.
