"L´Azzurro" is located in the small hamlet of Cantagallina, founded in the 15th century, near the village Villastrada. The house, built in 1892, has been completely and tastefully restored.
A spacious and delightful garden has been created to provide several outside sitting areas, perfect
for enjoying peace and quiet. The splendid view of the surroundings can also be enjoyed
from the swimming pool, built on a lower terrace.

From the grounds surrounding the house one enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of fields, vineyards, olive trees, the mediaeval villages of Panicale and Paciano, and an enchanting valley stretching from Lake Trasimeno to the Apennine Mountains.

Apartment I (90m2)
is suitable for 4-5 people and is located on the ground floor
It consists of a large living room with dining area, open fireplace, full kitchen, one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with two single beds
(each with a direct access to a terrace and garden), bathroom with shower
and hairdryer, central heating, radio & CD player and satellite-television.
On request a baby-bed is provided.
The apartment has its own terrace, garden and access down to the pool.

Apartment II - (60 m2)
- is suitable for 2-3 adults and is located on the ground floor
It has a living room with kitchen, a separate section with a king-size bed,
a separate bedroom with extra washbasin, a dressing room with wardrobe and drawer, bathroom with shower, central heating, radio and CD player and satellite-television.
In front of the apartment is a terrace facing south-west, as well as several outside sitting areas.
On request a baby-bed is provided.

"L´Azzurro" is located in the small hamlet of Cantagallina, situated in the beautiful province of Umbria, just 3 km from the border of southern Tuscany. To be more precise, 6 km north of the historical Etruscan city Chius-Tuscany and 8 km south of the mediaeval town of Castiglione del Lago/Umbria, right on the shore of Lake Trasimeno.

View from our nearest village Villastrada (2 km) towards the hamlet of Cantagallina, where "L´Azzurro" is located. In Villastrada you can find a post office, a little supermarket with bakery and butcher, a bar who serves very good pizzas on a terrace with beautiful view and the exceptional restaurant of Maurizio, who offers delicious regional dishes in an enchanting ambiance.
