The beautiful, restored farmhouse "Poggio Antico" of the mid 1800s – is located on a hill from where you can admire the stupendous panorama around the whole Lake Chiusi and the tranquillity of the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside at the proximity of the small village Porto. You are free to wander at the lake or use one of the bicycles or relax at the pool (7 x 14 m), equipped with hydro massage, and enjoy the beauty of nature.

The apartment "Sopra" (OG, 8-10 persons) with 220 m² floor space is beautiful furnished in the typical Tuscan country house style. This apartment can be rented by groups, or also individually – each room. From the stairs you arrive directly –through a loggia - the generous living room - equipped with a green velvet couch, fire-place and a large wood table, at which comfortably 10 persons find their place. From the windows and the front door from glass you have a wonderful view at the Lago di Chiusi. The four bedrooms make themselves mutually competition, here the walls – as Italian tradition – colour washed in rose, blue, terracotta and gentle green.
Tester beds, linen curtains, hand-woven bed unions, Terracotta floors, high areas with timber beams at the cover. Each bedroom has its own bath. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, baking-oven, exclusive table-ware and beautiful glasses. A washing machine also is present.

At the ground floor you will find two apartments: "Il Sotto" and "Salone" (each 100 m²):

"Il Sotto" owns two bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen and a generous dining/living room with a beautiful open fire-place.
"Salone" owns a bedroom with double beds and a double sleep couch, a kitchen and a large dining room, bath.
Also these apartments are very beautifully equipped. Each apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and private garden.
These apartments can be rented individually or combined.

In the garden there is a considered terrace with Barbecue or individual place for the apartments. There is table football, Mountain Bikes, its own landing stage at the lake Chiusi with the possibilities a led boat travel.
In addition is "Poggio Antico" an ideal starting point for trips in Tuscany or Umbria.
