„L´Azzurro“ is located in the small hamlet of Cantagallina near the village Villastrada. The house, built in 1892, has been completely and tastefully restored. From the grounds surrounding the house one enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of fields, vineyards and olive trees up to the Lake Trasimeno and the slopes of the Apennine Mountains. Two comfortable and tastefully equipped apartments – one for up to 5 persons and one for up to 4 persons – are available.

Located on a natural lookout nearby Sellano, 750 metres above sea level, the holiday house "Vallemela" is situated in the walled hamlet of Montesanto. Divided into three apartments, the house is an excellent example of the harmony between past and present.The interior has been carefully restored a seductive atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The apartments share a gazebo, barbecue and swimming pool (5 x 10 m).

Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, in the hills that stretch from Lake Trasimeno to Lake Chiusi, on the borders of Umbria and Tuscany, the Agriturismo of "Poggio del Sole" is a haven of tranquillity and relaxation. Together with the adjacent barn, it has recently been rebuilt and made into seven apartments - each with its own entrance and furnished private grassed area -with all the comforts of home. The property “La Volpe e l’Uva” is situated nearby Perugia in the beautiful heart of the Umbria valley. Six independent apartments have been restored around the ancient stone house, which go back to 17th century. Upon request you are free to book cooking courses and singing lessons. In the large garden you may relax, take a bath in the swimming pool and enjoy the sun and the beautiful landscape. There is also a playground for the children.

"La Colombaia" - This with much taste affectionately reconditioned "pigeon house" from the 16. Century is situated along the city walls of Todi. Three comfortable apartments furnished with taste, respecting the open spaces of old rural homes - each of it with private terrace and/or garden place and separate entrance are at the disposal. The swimming pool of the hotel nearby can be used against charge.
